Structured programmes range from C$4,200 for Generative Workflow Foundations (FLX-101) to C$14,200 for Applied Flux Certification (FLX-601). Professional services such as discovery workshops, integration sprints and production cutover are quoted based on scope after an initial flux briefing. We provide written estimates before any commitment — no hidden platform fees or open-ended consulting retainers without defined deliverables.
Most pilot programmes span four to eight weeks from discovery workshop through sandbox prototyping to staging validation. Timeline depends on integration complexity, data readiness and stakeholder availability for acceptance testing. Production cutover, if pursued after a successful pilot, typically adds two to four weeks including governance review and go-live support. We provide a project timeline during your flux briefing based on your specific workflow requirements.
CogniFlux hosts platform infrastructure on Canadian and North American data centres. Data residency requirements are discussed during engagement scoping — we can configure workflows to keep sensitive knowledge within Canadian boundaries where technically feasible. Model API calls to third-party providers may involve cross-border data transfer depending on your selected integrations; we document these flows in governance frameworks and data processing agreements.
Our Edmonton studio operates Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 Mountain Time. Platform partnership clients receive priority response channels during business hours. Production cutover engagements include defined on-call windows during the initial go-live period. Emergency support outside standard hours is available for enterprise platform partnership tiers — terms are specified in your service agreement.
FLX-301 Multi-Model Integration Track requires FLX-201 or equivalent orchestration experience. FLX-601 Applied Flux Certification requires completion of at least three prior programmes or demonstrated equivalent capability through a prototype review.
